Our Services

It is important to obtain accurate and up-to-date valuations for your jewellery for many reasons. I specialise in providing valuations for insurance replacement, probate and for sale purposes.

Jewellery insurance valuation

To obtain an appropriate level of insurance cover for your jewellery, you will be required by the insurer to have your items valued by a trusted and certified valuer. If you are seeking insurance cover for your jewellery and need clarity regarding its replacement value, as an JVA member I can provide you with a detailed report which confirms the retail value of replacing the item with an equivalent piece, in the event of loss or theft.

Jewellery probate valuation

If you are the executor of a will and applying for probate, you will be required to obtain certified valuations of the deceased’s estate, including any jewellery. As a fully accredited JVA member, I can provide you with a full valuation which meets HMRC’s requirements. I am aware of the sensitivity of the circumstances and will carry out the valuation with the utmost discretion and care, in order to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Jewellery sale valuation

If you are looking to sell your jewellery and would like some impartial guidance from a trusted professional regarding what a reasonable sale price might be, I can provide a full valuation report to enable you to make an informed decision with confidence.

Jewellery re-valuation

If you require an updated valuation of items we have previously valuated, within three years, call us.
